Horticulture is an important part of B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture programme. The laboratory is well equipped with all the necessary instruments and machinery. The various activities like identification of vegetable seeds, different varieties of fruits, vegetables and flowers, identification of spices and medicinal herbs, the practice of budding and grafting techniques, identification of garden tools, preparation of value-added fruit and vegetable products; are performed in the horticulture lab.
